Holder agrees that Major League Baseball, Rangers Baseball LLC, San Diego Padres Baseball Club, Ryan Sanders Baseball LP, other participating clubs, the City of San Antonio, and each of their respective affiliates, owners, officers, agents and employees are not liable for such injuries, and Holder thereby waives all such claims, expressly including claims that arise from any of the released parties' negligence.
